The Fussy Filly.com is a trading name used by the Charity HAPPA (Horses and Ponies Protection Association). All profits raised from The Fussy Filly sales are used by the Charity to deliver equine welfare activities.

Refunds and Exchanges
When a buyer changes their mind The Fussy Filly will refund the price of the item if notified within 28 days of purchase.
The item must be returned in a saleable condition, unused and in original packaging with tags attached where applicable.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they contact The Fussy Filly to notify them of a return and ensure the goods are returned. The Fussy Filly will only refund return postage for items which are faulty.
We strongly advise that you obtain proof of postage. We cannot compensate you for failure of delivery.
A refund or replacement item will be sent upon receipt of the returned item in saleable quality. We will be unable to issue either if the returned items are damaged (with exemption of faulty goods).
Got the wrong size or colour? We will be happy to exchange a product for you, just get in contact and let us know. Please note all exchange orders will incur a smaller postal charge of £2.00.
Our aim is to fulfil orders within 7 working days, but most are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
All items are dispatched from Fussy Filly HQ by Second Class Royal Mail Postage (usually 2-3 working days to deliver) or by courier delivery service, depending on the size of the order.
If you require goods delivered sooner please do not hesitate to contact us.
The Fussy Filly offers delivery to UK, Channel Islands and Northern Island.
Our postage and packaging fee is just £4.95 per order. Due to increase of liability and loss we are unable to provide delivery options overseas. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery postal address is correct at time of placing order.
If your parcel does not arrive within 15 working days we request that you contact us then we can arrange for a re-delivery, refund or credit note.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING BUSY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING, ALTHOUGH WE WILL PROCESS YOUR ORDER WITHIN OUR STATED FULFILLMENT PERIOD THE STANDARD SERVICE FOR POSTAGE/COURIER DELIVERIES MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER.
WE ADVISE SHOPPERS TO BE AWARE OF THE LAST POSTAL DATE FOR ROYAL MAIL SECOND CLASS SERVICE DURING THE FESTIVE PERIOD.
Currency and VAT
All our transactions are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the applicable rate.
Are accepted with a valid debit or credit card through our secure online service provided by WorldPay. Payments will show on your statement as payable to HAPPA.
Our pricing structure is designed to bring the best quality items at affordable pricing to our customers.
Sometimes it may be necessary to change prices to reflect the change in market.
Breakages and Shortages
We request that you notify us within 3 working days of any order shortage or breakage.

Where an item has no longer become available in stock we will endeavour to replace popular items subject to supply.
